Expanded Community Services (ECS) is a higher level of support inside an adult family home. It includes 24-hour supervision, behavior support plans, crisis and safety planning, and medication management, while the person still lives in a real home with familiar routines.
GuaranteeCare serves adults 18 and older. The home is especially suited to young adults with developmental disabilities, and to adults who need structured support for complex behavioral health needs.
GuaranteeCare is a licensed six-bed Adult Family Home in Marysville. Residents live in a house, with shared meals, a daily rhythm, and support that is shaped around each person.
We welcome conversations with families and professional referrers about DSHS-funded placements, including CBHS and ECS, when the person is approved and our home is the right fit. Call us and we will walk through the referral and next steps.
